HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

You hereby agree to voluntarily participate in events provided by More Joy, Better Life at The Space at 23 Heather Crescent in London, Ontario.

Youn consideration for being allowed to participate in the events, You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Alexis Wild, The Space, More Joy, Better Life, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, instructors, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, while participating in the events.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in events may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in the events, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may be incurred by the Released Parties as a result of your participation in the events, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

You have read this Hold Harmless Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that You am giving up substantial rights by signing it. By submitting a registration form online, you voluntarily sign this document without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me, and your registration form serves as evidence of your intention to execute a complete and unconditional waiver and release of all liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
