MONTHLY RENTAL CONTRACT

This agreement is for a monthly contract for hourly rental space at The Space, 23 Heather Crescent, London, ON, which is held and offered by Alexis Wild, operating More Joy, Better Life.

Payment of first month and last month rent is required. Monthly rentals mean your dates are saved for you on a continual basis, with 30 days notice required for cancellation or changes.

By completing this online from, you indicate that you are aware that this online contract is legally binding. After completion of this contract and payment, your rental time will be secured for you. This contract applies to all future bookings that you make. Future bookings and any changes (30 days notice REQUIRED) can be made by email to hello@alexiswild.com or text (preferred) to 519-266-5862. PAYMENT

Payment for rental space is to be made by EMT to bookthespacelondon@gmail.com on the FIRST of each month. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO THIS ACCOUNT, it is for payment only. Your rental payments are YOUR responsibility. If you do not pay your rent, your dates will not be held for you. Please set up your payments so they will send for the 1st each month.

Rent payments are nonrefundable, but may be transferred ONCE to another date with at least 7 days notice (must be used within 90 days of the original booking date). NO dates are confirmed to be booked without payment.

Monthly Payment for the first month is due on the 1st of the month. Last month’s damage deposit payment is due upon signing of this contract.

CANCELLATION

This contact can be cancelled by the renter without penalty with a minimum of 30 days notice. This contract can be cancelled by the venue at any time for non-payment, damages, irresponsible behaviour on the part of the renter, or any other reason that the venue deems necessary. Cancellation due to damages will result in full forfeit of the last month’s damage deposit.

CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILTY

Renter will assume full responsibility for any and all losses and damages to the premises that may occur for the duration of their rental time, and will ensure The Space is left as they found it, ready for the next class or treatment, with the front door locked again. The rental may not be subletted to any other party at any time, and the door code may NOT be shared. No personal material (music, mats, props, written material etc) shall be left on the premises without previous agreement. Renter is responsible to ensure ALL lights, fans and ALL heat/AC units are turned off. No candles may be burnt in The Space at any time. No smoke. Renter shall not decorate, remodel, replace or otherwise alter anything in The Space. NO ALCOHOL/DRUGS AT ANY TIME. In the winter, the renter is responsible for snow removal of the walkway during rental times. The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge Alexis Wild, operating More Joy Better Life and The Space from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned.
